HOW HE GOT STARTED
After graduating from Chico State, he made his way to the Tri-Valley and his wife’s hometown of Pleasanton. Over ten years of Telecommunications Technical Sales experience has molded Andy to become proficient in negotiating, marketing, and building of personal relationships; strengthening his ability to successfully represent his clients. His introduction to real estate came through a trusted friend’s father; a very successful local Real Estate broker. Experiencing the buying process of his first home and observing the attention and support his Agent provided through the process, he knew this was the career that he wanted for himself. In 2010, He was given a chance to make the move into Residential Real Estate, starting his business as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. In the next seven years; he experienced success and joy in every one of his transactions, providing the same level of attention and support to his clients that he had received when purchasing his own home. In December of 2017, He moved his broker affiliation to Legacy Real Estate and Associates in Livermore, where he continued to grow and learn additional aspects of the Real Estate Industry. Now, Andy has returned to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Downtown Pleasanton, where he and his client’s future is very bright with this renewed partnership.
AWAY FROM THE OFFICE
Real estate is his career, but his passion is for family and the outdoors! After residing in the City of Livermore for 16 Years, Andy and his family have remodeled a beautiful home in the Vintage Hills Neighborhood of Pleasanton and have returned to his wife’s hometown. His two children are now experiencing the benefits of this fabulous area by participating in their local school, church, and the many athletic programs in the area. In his time with his family, they embrace the amenities of the region; including the Livermore wineries, the beautiful Livermore and Pleasanton Downtown dining and shopping establishments, the many community entertainment events, and the outdoor activities found in the local East Bay open spaces, as well as in the nearby Sierra’s and Pacific Ocean regions of the State.
